Perfect Web's policy on refunds varies from service to service. If you have any questions about our refund policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Web Hosting Refunds Policy

Customers might choose to cancel their account at any time. Customers submitting cancellation requests within the first 14 days of the account being activated will have their full payment refunded, minus any exempted add-ons or other non-refundable charges.

Cancellations of monthly and yearly hosting plans requested outside of the first 14 days will not receive a refund.

Renewal of hosting will not be entiled to refund. Refund is applicable only for new hosting purcahse for first 14 days only.

If an account is terminated by us for any illegal use of domain name and hosting, no refund will be issued.

Web Design Refunds Policy

First Installment : If an initial deposit is requested and paid, no refund will be given to the customer.

Second Installment: No refund will be paid for 2nd installment

Third Installment (If third installment is the last installment): If customer is not satified with the end result after first two phases and in case the third phase is also paid then Perfect Web will refund full amount (only 3rd insallment only).

Forth Installement (if forth installment is the last installment): If the customer is not happy with end result and 4th installment is paid in full then full refund for 4th installment will be givine to customer.

 

Domain Registration/Renewal Refunds Policy

As per registrar policy, all domain name registrations and renewals are final. No refunds are given on successful domain registrations or renewals.

 

SEO/SMO/Reputation Management

SEO Services depends on 3rd party so no gaurantee and refund is offered on any SEO/SMO and Reputation Management serivces.
